Wearing cotton gloves and minimal handling will decrease the likelihood of damaging a fine art print on matte paper.

All prints from Sterling & Co. are unframed and un-matted. Images are printed with an added border. This is handy for matting, which we highly recommend, but it can be easily trimmed should you choose. We recommended using a matted frame for optimal display and to protect your art work. The print sizes available for purchase are standard photo sizes to make matting and framing a breeze.

Your fine art prints will look different than what you see on your back-lit computer screen. With our fine art papers and printing process, the printed images will be matte, richer and more saturated.

Standard shipping is free within the USA. Typically you will receive your prints within 2 business days. Photographic prints are wrapped & packaged in a sturdy envelope for small prints and postal tubes for larger prints.

Shipping quotes are available for large orders or shipping to international destinations. Please contact us for more information.

If you’re not happy with the purchase you made at Sterling & Co. you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date. As soon as the return arrives we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. We do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
